Just as my blog goes online Amazon Prime announce that they will be adding the facility to store
programme content on the various platforms to them view at a time convenient to the subscriber.
Is this endemic of the current state of our service providers not currently adhering to the idea of net
neutrality. The good news that direct downloads and offline viewing eliminates unscheduled loading
and buffering, the bad news if Amazon and it's competitors are unable to provide us with a grantee of
uninterrupted viewing what actually are our service providers doing and why are they dragging their
heels over what must be the first concern for any steaming service.
It will be interesting to see when or if NetFlix, Now tv, mubi BlinkBox and all of the others will fall
in behind Amazon
The smoking gun is missing a bullet.
